Refunds policy
At Change Your Life Retreats, we understand that circumstances may arise, and plans might need adjustments. Here's our refund policy to guide you:
Deposits:
Deposits paid during the registration process are non-refundable. These funds are utilized to secure accommodations and necessary arrangements for your retreat experience.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Once the full payment is received, cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made after the specified time frame, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.
Refund Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email and after speaking to an team member
Please allow 14 business days for the processing of your refund request.
Transfer Policy:
In case you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another eligible participant. Please inform us in writing at least 30 days before the retreat start date . Must contact a team member to verify. If not agreed upon the person attending under a different name will be turned away.
Event Changes:
Change Your Life Retreats reserves the right to make any changes to the retreat itinerary or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide equivalent or better accommodations and experiences.
